Eyecare ImageComprehensive Eye Exams for Adults and Children

Getting the right prescription for your eyeglasses or contact lenses are just part of good eye care. While we all tend to take our eyes for granted, Dr. Wynne will be watching for early signs of eye disease. Early treatment of glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy can preserve eyesight for a lifetime.

“Annual eye exams help us take care of you.”

Contact Lenses

Dr Wynne is experienced in the fitting of all types of contact lenses including bifocal soft contact lenses, soft contact lenses for astigmatism, as well as RGP’s (ridged gas permeable) and specialty contact lenses.

Fashion Eyewear

We offer fashion eye wear from Europa (Adan Thomas & Michael Ryen); Prodesign; Charmont(Puma, Esprit, CFX, Aristar); L’Amy (Visions & Colombia); Safilo (Carrera & Jucy C); and Marchon ( CK, Niki & Flexon).

Laser Vision Consultation

Pre and Post Operative Care

LASIK (laser in situ keratomileusis) is a surgical procedure that uses a laser to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and/or astigmatism. In LASIK, a thin flap in the cornea is created using either a microkeratome blade or a femtosecond laser. The surgeon folds back the flap, then removes some corneal tissue underneath using an excimer laser. The flap is then laid back in place, covering the area where the corneal tissue was removed.

Diagnosis and Treatment of Eye Disease

Dr. Wynne is experienced in the treatment of glaucoma, eye infections, dry eye, and allergies as well as early detection of diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Glaucoma Diagnosis and Treatment

Glaucoma is an eye disease which results in progressive damage to the optic nerve. The most common form of glaucoma, primary open angle glaucoma, is associated with an increase in the pressure within the eye. There are several types of eye drops which are effective in treating glaucoma as well as several eye surgeries which all act by lowering the pressure within the eye.

Visual Field Testing

Visual field testing involves the detection of a target of variable contrast presented in the periphery. A range of medical problems including glaucoma, stroke and brain tumors can reduce the peripheral vision. These problems may go unnoticed due to the overlapping vision of the two eyes.

Retinal Photography

The Marco AFC 330 camera takes digital images of the retina and stores these images for future comparison. This technology aids in the detection of glaucoma, macular degeneration, melanoma of the eye as well as many other anomalies of the eye.

Sleep Apnea

Did you know that the lack of oxygen to the body caused by sleep apnea could cause Optic Nerve damage resulting in a type of Glaucoma which develops despite normal eye pressures. Sleep apnea also increases a person’s risk for macular degeneration and nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
